Brian McCaw - State Farm Insurance Agent

Message: My son on February 28th of this year had to be in Hartford Connecticut in 18 hours (March 1) after driving from El Paso TX, to Charlotte NC on February 28th. His car registration expired on March 1. Then it was discovered his car insurance actually insured an earlier car. JT now had less than 15 hours to report with an 11 to 13 hour drive if there is traffic. Brian McCaw and his son Shaun opened at 9 am, dropped everything to re-write his car insurance, deliver him proof of insurance, and assist him with all documents needed for an immediate renewal of registration and new license tag sticker. Within 15 minutes JT was insured and in his car headed to the dreaded DMV without an appointment, and down to 14 and a half hours until he had to report in Connecticut. Miraculously, because he arrived at the DMV at 9:30 am because of Brian and Shaun's quick work, there was no line. When he left DMV at 9:45 am the line was out the door. Had not Brian and Shaun dropped everything to help my son immediately, he would have missed his report time and date for a new job. They are the absolute best. I have had State Farm for over 40 years. Now I know why. State Farm really is there when you need them.

Message: Mr McCaw has been extremely helpful from the get go. He answered all my questions by phone or email as they popped up and was accessible. He was also warm and welcoming as I prepared to move to a new city, which was very appreciated. Overall I have no complaints and have enjoyed getting my insurance through this group. I haven't had to file a claim yet, luckily, so can't speak about that front, but in terms of getting setup, I'd highly recommend!

Message: I was with Progressive and ready to renew my auto policy, but then I spoke with Shaun. He talked to mile about the amount of mileage that I drive daily and made me aware that my risk level for accidents is lower than most because I do not have long commutes on a daily basis. He also told me that I can same money by monitoring my speed. I untimately ended up saving a couple hundred bucks off of my policy by going with State Farm. I received a bunch of really good info that I had never gotten from other insurance companies. I highly recommend them.

Message: I had the pleasure of doing business with Shaun Mccaw. He went above and beyond what I expected an agent would do. Shaun was nothing but polite and professional and ended up saving me a lot of money. He appeared highly educated in his field of work and I would highly recommend to anyone.
